If you are not registered with a GP, visit your local health centre to register. If you do not know where to find your nearest health centre, ring NHS direct (number below) who will be able to help you, or look in the phone directory.
It is important to talk to your GP or health professional about your experiences. They are there to help you.

Sexual Health:
If you have concerns about your sexual health you can contact your local GP for advice or visit your local sexual health clinic. The Bristol Sexual Health Centre is the main provider of sexual health (formerly at the Milne Centre), contraception and pregnancy advice in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

Sexual Assault & Rape
There is now a Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC) based in Bristol and providing a service to South Gloucestershire residents who have been raped or sexually assaulted.
The Bridge offers an integrated, comprehensive, sexual assault support service for men, women and children in the Avon and Somerset area.
