Bristol:
If you live in Bristol most of the agencies listed in the South Gloucestershire directory are still accessible and will be pleased to help you. Next Link is based in central Bristol, Tel 0117 9250680.

Survive are based in South Gloucestershire but also cover most of Bristol, they can be contacted on 0117 961 2999.

Gloucestershire:
People in Gloucestershire can access a network of advice and help through the Gloucestershire Domestic Violence Support and Advocacy Project They can be telephoned on 01452 500 115.


Bath and North East Somerset:
For refuge accommodation and advice in this area contact Bath Women's Aid on 01225 466989.


North Somerset:
If you live in North Somerset contact North Somerset Against Domestic Abuse (NADA) on 01934 627841 or The Women's Project on 01934 429811. Taunton Women’s Refuge is a safe haven for women with or without children who have suffered domestic violence by someone with whom they have had an intimate relationship. They can be contacted by phone on: 01823 279991

Somerset Change, a division of Relate Somerset, is based in Somerset and is a county wide service which offers:

  • Support for victims of domestic abuse
  • Interventions for men
  • Support for Adults & Children who have been affected
  • Guidance & Information on Domestic Abuse

If you are suffering from domestic violence/abuse Somerset Change can be contacted on the DAFFS free, confidential helpline which operates 9-5 weekdays, except Bank Holidays 0800 69 49 999 - This number will not show up on a BT landline phone bill.
