Accommodation Advice and Support
The Accommodation Support Worker (ASW) supports South Gloucestershire service users who are over 18 to find and keep suitable housing. If you would like to find out more about this service, please talk to your SGDAS support worker and ask them to refer you to the ASW.
There is a deposit bond scheme which enables eligible service users to get private rented accommodation. Please talk to your SGDAS worker about this to find out if you are eligible.
The ASW works closely with SGDAS and housing to help improve the housing support available for adults in treatment who are not yet abstinent. The ASW can support vulnerable people to live as independently as possible.
