Assessments and Referrals

Everybody who wants to access help and support for their drug or alcohol use will have a triage assessment when they make contact with SGDAS.  A triage assessment is a series of basic questions to try to get information about the person's situation so that they can be referred to the most appropriate service to meet their needs.

This applies whether you are referring yourself or another agency is referring you - and it applies to all types of treatment.
