Residential Rehabilitation Programmes
If you are receiving drug or alcohol treatment in the community, and you and your SGDAS worker identify that you may need a more intensive treatment programme such as residential rehabilitation, your worker can make a referral for a community care assessment.
This process is carried out by a dedicated Community Care Assessor, who will assess your needs over several one to one sessions, to determine whether referral for residential rehabilitation is appropriate. There are a range of residential rehab programmes available depending on individual need.
